Artist Statement Art is life, it is the expression of everything we feel and see. It is how we process our surroundings, life events and how to interpret things we cannot express through language alone. It traverses all boundaries of race, gender, sexual preference, culture and time. It can also bind us to our stereotypes and our predisposed limitations.
It is our perspective. And when others can relate to that perspective, it is then that we find community, humanity and understanding.

It is the best way to communicate, and it is my passion.

I'm 20, originally from Big Lake, Alaska.
I have siblings, both of whom are younger than I. Other than the bare basics, my art speaks for me when I'm too awkward to know what's right to say. It is who I am, what I am, and it allows me to be free in the soul of universal consciousness that is life and emotion.

Feel free to email me, because I am always willing to chat. Constructive criticism is always welcome as well.

You're truly,
Az-
