Artist Statement Bev has always had an interest in the creative art process, but never pursued her interest in painting until later in life. The enjoyment and sense of accomplishment she felt about painting got her hooked. She has studied under several noted artists in the valley. Attending seminars and private and group classes has been her source of learning. Beverly enjoys painting a variety subject matter but she especially enjoys the special connection she feels about animals and pet portraits. Bev is originally from the Chicago area, but now resides in Queen Creek, Arizona with her husband and four dogs.
