Artist Statement I'm a professional artist. I paint in oils, sell mostly giclee prints of my originals on canvas. I'm an expressionist, do a lot of landscapes that are a mix of nature and my imagination. I currently have 144 oil paintings (12 galleries) on my website: starrssiteartofimagination.com. I also would very much like to sell through Imagekind using their printing and shipping venues. It's a great site, with great art and great artists. I'm a young 30 something, live and work out of a loft/apt in Los Angeles. I do a lot of hiking and climbing, which is where I absorb a lot of the visuals for my paintings. I love all outdoor sports, also including hang-gliding, tennis and skiing. Starr, the artist.
