Description DoubleHP Princess and Prince, half brother and sister, rescued from starvation when they were about a year and a half old. And that is how they had lived their entire poor little lives -- in a state of starvation. That was about 7 years ago. They both grew up with bone and joint problems, which is typical in cases of this severe malnourishment. But they look and act normal. In fact, they are gorgeous. They run and play and roll in the mud, just like normal horses. Well, normal horses who limp, that is. We keep them happy and comfortable here at DoubleHP Horse Shelter, and they really are just a joy to live with. We feel very lucky that they live with us. And they give us many beautiful photos. Profits from our Gallery here go to help feed and care for Princess & Prince, and all of the other rescued horses who live with them. www.doublehphorses.org
