Artist Statement My nickname is 'Archer' and I live in Kenmore, WA a suburb of Seattle on the north shore of Lake Washington. A friend recently sold me their relatively unused digital camera and I quickly became hooked on nature photography. Every weekend I go out with friends to local parks in the Seattle area or mountain hiking somewhere in the Cascades with my camera. I am very lucky to live in an area with abundant beautiful landscapes and wildlife without having to travel too far. It is very rewarding for me to learn more about this new artform with every new adventure. Hopefully you will enjoy the images I have captured as much as I have enjoyed capturing them. My personal prescription for happiness includes frequent doses of Deep Woods Therapy and through my camera lens I share my happiness and love of nature with everyone else.
