Artist Statement Hi. Thanks for checking out my site. In case you just
had to know who the man behind these images
was, here's where you can find out.

I've been taking pictures on the more serious side
for about ten years now. I started with a fully
manual Pentax K-1000 and developed and
printed all my own work when the facilities were
available. Since then I've gone digital, and I mostly
shoot with a Nikon D80 and an inexpensive Nikon
4300.

My work tends to focus on urban and rural decay,
simple scenes that feel lonely, but retain a feeling
that a person isn't too far away. Honestly I
generally don't go in for all that pretentious
naval-gazing when talking about my
photographs. Generally I just like to take pictures of
cool scenes that happen to catch my eye.
