Description The Nazca Lines, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are located in the arid, desert region of Peru. There are many theories on who created them and why, but there is no question among the locals that these 'dust devils' have helped keep them preserved for hundreds of years. There were four of these spinning behind me as I captured this one.
Laura Duncan Member Since December 2009 Artist Statement My passions in life are travel and nature, photographing all I encounter along the way. There are so many "small things" that people walk right by without noticing. I love capturing these with my camera and sharing them with the world. We live in such a diverse natural world and I aim to share that with anyone who will notice and hopefully enjoy.
