Artist Statement I love dance. I love the sound of rain and waves. I love the way the sun peeks through the clouds. I love my friends and wish for their happiness. I love my family. I love photography and how it allows me to see better than my own eyes. I love pictures of people best of all.

My dream combines my love of photography with the non-profit world. Imagine the possibilities of working as a volunteer coordinator, with children, fighting cancer, and beyond. What would it look like to give children fighting cancer a voice and outlet through photography and using the funds from their own photos to support their own medical needs or contributing towards childhood cancer research? I think it looks pretty amazing.

In May 2008, I joined The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. I raised over $4500 for LLS and created this Imagekind Gallery as a fundraising means. Based on the interest generated, I have kept the store open and the images for sale. Check back as I occasionally switch the photo availability.
