Artist Statement My name is Charissa. I'm currently 21 years old and live in a very small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I have a beautiful daughter named Athena Hera. I have always had a love for photography.

I got my first camera in 1st grade and bought my first professional camera in 2013. I haven't put it down since. My favorite subject is trees and nature as a whole. It's fascinating and remarkable, the beauty that most would look over. I intend on showing the world to everyone from a perspective that they wouldn't otherwise see or even think to look at.
