Artist Statement I am a transplanted New Yorker, having lived in California for numerous years. I have come to appreciate and respect the scenic beauty of this majestic state and hope that my photographs convey it’s splendor.

In pursuing this craft since 2003, I am continually learning new techniques through journeying and educational workshops. California has offered me an amazing opportunity to explore and expand my capabilities with its palette of beauty, variety of climates, and natural magnificence. In traveling abroad, I have experienced another world to include in my collection…the picturesque, exquisite splendor of the central and northern regions of Italy.

My focus and hope is to capture the compelling images of our natural world, the beauty that sometimes goes unseen. The prospects are endless!

I’m a member of the Stockton Camera Club and currently serve as Vice-President and Publicity Chair with the Stockton Art League.

My first solo show was in November, 2007 at the Stockton Art League. In January, 2008, my photography was exhibited by the Studio @Central, also located in Stockton. I am a member of a local Artisan’s group who exhibit our crafts annually in Stockton during the month of November. I hope you enjoy my photographs as much as I have enjoyed taking them.
