Description Looking back at the entrance of Ole's Cave in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest near Mt St Helens, Washington. The cave is named for an old hermit who found the cave and used to live in the area. Ole's is one of many lava tubes in the area on the south side of the volcano. The most famous of which is the Ape Cave.

Artist Statement I'm a photography enthusiast from Vancouver, Washington (Not BC, Not DC). I've been interested in photography for some time now but only in the last few years I have been taking it more seriously, and actually have access to a descent camera with which it's possible to get creative with.
