Artist Statement I graduated in 1994 with a BA in Fine Art- Painting. I then proceeded to not paint anything for 20 years! I was always creative and crafty and I continued to express myself with sewing, pyrography and home decor.
In 2014 I unpacked my paint and brushes and started making art again using a fun mixed media technique that employs tissue paper and acrylic paint. My style is decorative and is influenced by Mid Century, mod and pop art styles. I make images that make me happy and I hope you enjoy them too!
