Artist Statement My art is the visible expression of my heart; a mystery partially explained but not wholly revealed; a paradox on occasion, and at times a reflection of truth. For the most part I am a self taught artist, although I have studied and experimented with various styles and have been hugely influenced by other artists. My passion leans heavily toward colour, and my ambition is to capture moments in time. Recently I’ve been attempting to integrate my Christian spiritual experiences onto the canvas. This has been a journey of many surprises and continues to be a source of enlightenment for me personally.
