Description July 18, 2015. This is one of my favorite photos I've taken. A small runoff of water aprox. two inches in diameter was flowing down a couple feet wide crevice on the Matanuska Glacier in Alaska. I could not see the bottom of the crevice but it was at least 30 feet deep. The amount of water and the rate at which it was flowing was perfect to create beautiful and memorizing shapes as it fell.
