Artist Statement I have been an artist since I was a young girl. I built my first studio in a closet in my parents basement and that became my sanctuary. I have a BFA from the University of Minnesota, with some of my studies taking place at The Minneapolis College of Art and Design.

The nature of my work is to create images that are fresh, whimsical and powerful. Images that plant seeds that nudge the viewer's consciousness to move to a new level. These images come through me intuitively.

It is my desire that my Art Work act as a bridge between the physical reality and the metaphysical reality of metaphor and symbol that is the source of healing, transformation, beauty and Divine Love. I dedicate my work to creating products and services that support this vision to bring transformation and healing to others.

I love the process of painting. It is like a deep meditation for me as I journey through time and space to find the images that become my paintings.
