Artist Statement I am a Dutch born Classical Homeopath living in New Zealand. I created the prints offered on Imagekind with the intent to capture the special healing gifts of New Zealand plants. Being a homeopath, the study of the healing gifts or medicinal gifts of plants has been a passion of mine since my arrival in NZ 22 years ago.
I used the sacred imagery of Buddhas and other deities to highlight the sacredness of each plant and also illustrate their unique quality. After purchase you are welcome to contact me and I will share with you my 'healing experience' with that particular plant. The titles of the prints are based on the healing gift of the plant.
