Artist Statement Jennifer Morey Cunningham graduated from Massachusetts College of Art with a BFA in printmaking. She moved to California in the 80s and made a name for herself with commissioned vibrant charming watercolors of Los Angeles.

Recently she has been painting a lot and is excited to be showing new artwork done in oils and watercolors.

Her after school art program at Mar Vista Elementary, was so popular that she was able to do a Kickstarter to get a Studio. That was five years ago. By pivoting to online classes, she kept the doors open through Covid’s lockdown.

Miss Jenny’s Studio is a place where children can explore creativity. She teaches the foundations of fine art, color , composition, design, and drawing. After which she throws in some crafts and free create.
