Artist Statement
I have been taking photographs since my Father gave me my first camera at the age of 12. When I was 18 I built my first darkroom and started shooting with a Canon AE1, that camera lasted all of 10 years before I moved up to a Canon A1. I still use it today, along with my Nikon D40. The move to digital has been fun, but I still love film. I don't have any particular style, other then I try to shoot things that catch my eye. I love bold and vibrant color, as well as deep and dark Black and White. I guess if I had to put it into words, I try to find the beauty in the mundane.
