Description This was taken out front, at a benefit for the family of a motorcyclist that was killed in an accident. Bikers know the risks of motorcycling, and sometimes the price they pay is high indeed.
Tom Zimmer, Austin Member Since September 2009 Artist Statement I am an amateur photographer, and I have recently discovered the wonderful world of HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography after purchasing my first Digital SLR, a Canon Rebel XT. I have always had an interest in panoramas, and so, many of my images are created from several photos merged together using software like Adobe Photoshop Elements. I use iPhoto on a Macintosh for photo management and minor image adjustment. HDR images are merged and "enhanced" primarily using Dynamic Photo HDR.
I am a motorcyclist, and I ride a '99 Harley Davidson Road King. I am also a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA), and chaplain of the United Clubs of Austin (UCOA) in Austin Texas, an organization that brings many of the motorcycle clubs in the greater central Texas area together for communications, coordination and fellowship. I am also active in Texas motorcycle rights. We seek to protect the rights of all motorcyclists through the legislative process.
