Artist Statement I am a Seeker. Taking things at face value is not my forte. I dig to find what lay beyond the brightly lit facades. When my digging comes up with more questions, I dig even deeper. Ultimately uncovering the foundations. I have stood on shaky ground more times than I can count. As sometimes the foundations are quite fragile. Often it comes back to the original question; Why am I here?
The answer it seems, is to create art and inspire. Even though at times I have avoided the reality of it. Mostly due to outside influences and lack of belief in self.

My whole life I have enjoyed creating art. I want my art to inspire others. I want them to 'feel' when they look at my paintings or drawings. The message/feeling may be different for each individual, though, my goal is create a connection 'within' the person viewing my work.

Outside of my art I am easily distracted. When I am creating art I am lost in time and space.
