Description Monticello Lawn is a beautiful area on Mount Jefferson that is crossed while hiking the Gulfside Trail, which connects the summits of the Presidential Range in New Hampshire. Mount Washington, the highest summit in the Northeast, is the broad summit in the background.
Tim Seaver, Vermont Member Since January 2007 Artist Statement I'm a freelance photographer based in Calais, Vermont, where I have lived for 30 years. I began my career in photography in 1990 with imagery from rural Vermont, and since then have expanded my photographic areas of interest to various National Parks, Wilderness Areas, and backcountry locations like the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
In the public sphere, my images can be seen at the Visitor Centers across the state of Vermont, Burlington International Airport, in the publications of various environmental organizations, and in magazines such as Vermont, Backpacker, and National Wildlife.
