Description At an elevation of 5500 feet the Vietnamese town of Sapa, a hillstation built by the French in the early 20th century, is home to considerable rain and fog in the summer. It is also home to the Black Hmong, one of Vietnam's 54 minority ethnic groups. These Hmong women were a bit chilled as they made their way through the center of town.
