Artist Statement Hello to everyone out there! I am Barbara Goodman.
I am a 30 year old stay at home mom of 4 children, 2 boys, 2 girls. My husband and I have been married for 12 years now. Yes, I know, I started my family early, and I have been loving it from the start. I am new to IK, and new at even showing my artwork to anybody. I love art in all forms and mediums. I have never been to any art school,(never had the time or money) but I have been sketching and painting for quite some time now here and there. I love to work with oil, watercolor paints. And also LOVE Charcoal and soft pastels, or even just sitting around and sketching with a pencil. I also have a soft spot for Photography. You'll always find A camara on me, whether it be for capturing a beautiful image to blow up, frame and hang on my wall, or to capture the image for A future painting or drawing. I seem to be always thinking about my art. Sometimes I get so into it, time just seems to fly by. And, sometimes that can be a good thing!
