Artist Statement After taking early retirement in 2000 and at the ripe old age of 42 I searched for something new to do. After writing a book I needed to get out and move around.

My father and I did alot of photography when I was young. The lessons he taught me are still as fresh to me now as the day he spoke them. So I took up the camera again, this time digital. I can think of no other "job" I would rather have.

Because to me, photography is a passion, my passion. And in a nice twist - a passion for which I can be paid.
