Artist Statement As an interior designer for over 30 years, I've had the pleasure of creating beautiful spaces for homes in Winston-Salem, N.C. as well as mountain and coastal homes. Color is an intoxicant to me! I began painting rather late in life and am enjoying taking that love of color into landscape and floral paintings. I continue to explore various mediums including oil, acrylic and watercolor. I love how light filters through woods and bounces through a glass vase ~ things I try to capture on canvas.
