Artist Statement I was born in Sittard, the south of Holland on 23 April 1969.
My name is Suzanne Simons and I live with my human and Animal family in rural Tuscany.
I began studying photography by myself as a young girl along side my father who was an artist.

My inspiration is our land with all her habitants.
My photographs are simple, close to reality
My photography is an ongoing negotiation.
My dream is to make our beautiful blue planet a better place.
My goal is to invite people into the world of awareness.
My passion are the animals.
My mission is creating change
My search is the truth
My life, I see it as a gift.

When I photograph I experience a state of calmness and peace,
a place I like to stay.
