Artist Statement Todd Flaming is a professional working artist. He is originally from Ashland Ky. He is a graduate of Boyd County High School (1979) and attended Morehead State University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Commercial Art and a Masters Degree in Studio Art. Work’s primarily in pastels. He currently resides in Ashland Ky.
