My father was in the military and his last transfer took us to California. I grew up in the golden state where I received my art training. Since I was a teenager I told myself I'd move to Oregon, a land of beauty and waterways. Eventually I did move to Oregon and gained an even greater appreciation for the great outdoors and to our country's history.. They became so precious to me that I decided to preserve them through photography. At the same time I also became interested in modern art. I knew I had to create something different and powerful, something a man wanted to get his hands on an appreciate. When I used to participate in art shows the guys were thoroughly captivated by my pieces. I've moved again and I travel on vacation bringing to my store at JLCArtscapes.imagekind.com/store/ more of what our land and history have to offer.
