Description Jamaican lady-180508-MS Paint(imaginary)There was a Jamaican lady who lived across the road. Me and her son Michael Maddix used to go to Norwood Park Primary school together. Unfortunately, she died many years ago. I basically drew this purely 'imaginary' portrait as a tribute to her memory.
Paul Ramnora, LONDON Member Since December 2007 Artist Statement Currently, I'm an 'unemployed' art student who's studying part time -(one day a week, Tuesday)- at London's Morley College. I don't have any one particular style of art that I prefer to do; but, instead, I do anything either my mood/or else, my own imagination pleases to; including realism, semi-abstract, abstract. I also like to copy both old and too modern day masters; so I can steadily learn and improve. I do hope you will enjoy browsing through my online gallery; very kindly, please note that everything being shown here is also up for sale; therefore, you may feel free to buy any image/or, indeed, as many images as you choose. Your financial support of my work also allows me to continue with being a practicing artist who can then go on to create further images. -Thank you!
