Artist Statement Born and raised in Arizona. Seems photography has always been a major part of my spirit, and when my family traveled throughout the West and other places, the camera in my head was going. I recieved my first camera, a Kodak 127 when I was around 10 or 11, and took pictures of anything and everything, Later on I took 4 years of photography at the high school I attended, and nutured my need for the science and art of Photgraphy. Through the years, I have only dabbled in it for myself and a few friends/family. Life always was sending me in other directions.
I love nature, and wildlife, and candid photography. I now live in upstate NY, and soon hope to be travelling about again, and capturing more of the beauty of life. Photography is the best way I know to preserve all that is precious in living.
