Artist Statement I have been drawing since I could hold a pencil. My so called 'right brain' has been active from the start. However, life got in the way and my 'left brain' won out. I got steered in the direction of electronics first via the US Air Force and later via the American Telephone & Telegraph company. But the GI Bill paid off and I got as much education as I could. One of my degrees is in art.

Now that I'm retired, I can once again return to my 'right brain' and, through the wonders of computers, allow my 'left brain' to participate in expressing my artistic feelings by using pixels as well as oils, acrylics, watercolors, pen and pencils.

In 1-1-2014 I started converting my cartoon strip 'Hobo Robo' into an adventure series. It is completely overhauled and illustrated by me.

The first science fiction book is titled 'Hobo Robo - Adventures On New Georgia', and now published on Amazon as well as in Kindle. A total of four books are now available on Amazon in both formats. This adventure series is an epic trip into the world of robots and AI on the distant planet of New Georgia.

Book five, titled 'Above AI', is in its infancy and will eventually explain to humanity, by way of Hobo's next adventure, the pros and cons of Artificial Intelligence through the optics and AI brains of my robot creations. Just in time as humanity dives into the seemingly murky waters of computer awarenesses that we are calling AI, Artificial Intelligence.

I intend to offer all the new book's illustrations I create in 'Above AI' through Imagekind.com, because they always produce such top-quality reproductions.
