Artist Statement First of all, I want to say thank you to you for looking at my art!!! This website is awesome.

I grew up in John Day, OR and since leaving there, I've slowly made my way across and up the state, through Bend and into Portland. I have a little boy named Sylas who is my light and my love, and an equally awesome husband :)

Before I found this website, I'd given away all of my art as christmas and birthday presents and don't have them to take pictures of, so I'm starting from ground zero! I try to keep my paintings light and happy, I don't think that art has to be brooding and dark all the time. We're serious enough in our daily lives....I'd like to think that my paintings can help you escape and take a breath for the moment that you look at them.
