Description My favorite basketball player and 5 time champion, Kobe Bryant. It was a must that I do a portrait of Kobe Bryant. I drew this in photoshop also. I thought about coloring this portrait, but I wanted to do something a little different. I love how the goldish-yellowish color fits with the gray, black, and white. Its pretty neat. I thought that I put some of the team colors in the mix of the artwork to give it a very unique appearance.

Artist Statement I've been drawing since the 2nd grade. My first picture I drew was a picture of Wolverine from the cartoon X-Men. I traced it though. LOL! And passed the pictures all around the classroom for my classmates to have. One day, I wanted to test my skill. So, I drew Wolverine without tracing him and it turned out great! And since that day, I've been drawing ever since. I am an unique artist in my opinion. I draw what I see. And I believe I'm mastering it very well. I am a very detailed artist that strives for perfection. And I can only get better and better. I have an unique imagination when it comes to art. Many artist can draw pictures straight from their imagination, but me on the other hand, I use many different images to create one image. But at the same time, I'm adding my imagination into the artwork. And people love it. Art is my passion. God gave me this gift for me to enjoy, and you also.
