Artist Statement Discover the secret messages and mysteries of MAriska MA Veepilaikaliyamma - Eco-spiritual Earth-Nature Goddess Art! Embark on a visual meditation adventure!

Worldcitizen, living since 2003 in Tamil Nadu, South India, my paintings celebrate my beloved Earth- and Nature-Goddesses, the Neem Tree Goddesses. They are my source of inspiration and creativity. Creating a painting is a celebration of them and a meditation. Indeed, we paint together. Before painting, I start with a ritual, a meditation, sitting on the Earth, embracing my beloved Neem Tree Goddesses, dancing. The energies start circulating inside me, start flowing and finally manifest themselves as an artwork.
My paintings are also a visualisation of a world where everybody venerates, honours and respects the Earth- and Nature-Goddesses - Mother Earth and Nature!
For my artworks, I only use self-made natural colours and self-made organic beeswax varnish. Beeswax varnish is a great choice and resists extreme humidity and heat. Therefore, at the moment, I consider it as best choice. However, if I would be satisfied with vegan options, I would use them as varnish.
My solo exhibitions and group exhibitions took place all over the world, France, India, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Finland, Canada, Japan, USA and Australia and the journey continues. Due to the pandemic, I also opened on online 3d art gallery on Kunstmatrix.
