Artist Statement My love of photography began the first time a camera found its way into my wee hands-- around age seven or so, and I've been enthusiastic about making pictures ever since. Over the years, I've had photographic instruction, including darkroom, but recently returned to the classroom to fine-tune my technical skills. Having used a good range of cameras, from my Mom's old Brownie camera, to a Polaroid "Swinger" to my first ever Instamatic, and various film 35 mm- both color, B&W and slides, I started shooting digital In the late 1990's and have not once looked back.

I hope you will like these images of beauty found in every-day life, as much as I enjoy creating them. Whether it be a photograph from the garden, an epicurean delight, travel-inspired, or one of my up-close landscapes within landscapes, they have all been rendered with an artistic eye
