Artist Statement I have been living and working in Florence, Italy for many years. My Atelier, where I work and exhibit, is a few steps away from the Renaissance church of Santa Maria Novella. I paint mainly contemporary, realistic still life and portraits, and sometimes replicas of 17-18th century Italian and Dutch Masters, using traditional Florentine techniques.
