Description This was taken on the lunette at Lake Mungo which is a world heritage listed site and is where Mungo man was discovered. It is located in the near outback country of Australia in the state of New South Wales about 100km from Mildura. The lunette is caused by erosion from over-grazing and rabbits and the erosion has exposed different layers of sand and rocks from different geological time frams.
