Artist Statement Deb Barrett is a Spirit inspired artist. A positive force in the world, here to add positive insight, light and love to every situation. Her artwork is a product of a natural flow of energy from Spirit. Before knowing what it was all about, the images and sacred alignments started coming through the artwork that was created after working on clients with Reiki. As time evolved sound and sacred geometry were added to her practice. Today, she is putting all of her artwork out into the world through the internet. Deb's guidance has always said, "the light comes out of the images, what good do they do sitting in the attic in a box". So, enjoy the work, it has been a great adventure creating it.
Deb Barrett has recently created www.TheBlessingChair.com Here she has taken past experiences with Spirit and refined them into a simple concept, a Blessing Chair. This amazing environment can be utilized in a physical or purely virtual way. A launching pad for your dreams, an inner studio to paint your preferred reality.
After creating the Blessing Chair as an anti-gravity, sound environment, all the artwork came flooding back in. To accommodate all of the release of energy out into the physical world, Deb created the www.cafepress.com/BlessingChairVisions site. Here you can take any of these energy ladened images and have them in your daily life by putting them on framed prints, merchandise and apparel.
Deb's favorite products are the matted prints, meditation tiles, clocks and handbags. Fun stuff to add positive energy to your world.
