Linda Dixon, Moreno Valley Member Since December 2007 Artist Statement I am a native Californian, and am a self-taught artist. I am proficient in pen and ink, charcoal, oil, acrylic, and watercolor. I enjoy all subjects but tend toward landscapes. The area in which I grew up (Palos Verdes, a beautiful coastline suburb of Los Angeles) was alive with subject matter. I belong to the San Pedro Art Association and participate in art shows to display my work while enjoying the company of other artists. I enjoy painting as a form of expression and obtaining tranquility. It is my form of meditation and I hope you enjoy!
