Artist Statement I live in the Niagara Region in Ontario, Canada and spent hours upon hours sketching horses, birds, dogs and cats starting when I was only 8 years old. It has alway been my dream to produce and sell my art ever since I can remember. I love to draw, have taken lessons in watercolour, charcoal, ink, and oil over the years and have now started my own business, displaying my artwork in local flower shops.
When I paint the whole world goes away, I find it very relaxing and I have a hard time putting my pens and brushes down once I get started. Sometimes I dream of things to paint, or see landscape ideas as I'm driving and I can't wait to get started. If I wait too long it nags at my mind and I can't sleep or think until I put my ideas to paper.
