Artist Statement Hi everyone and welcome to my gallery! I started taking photographs when I was a teenager and ever since then it has been a labor of love and passion. Last year I took a plunge and decided to pursue an entire year of travel photography. This gallery is the result of the images that I've captured backpacking all over the world. Each and every photograph has a special meaning to me and I hope they move you as much as they move me. Feel free to take a look around, give me a few comments, and even hit me up on IM if you think you might have been somewhere that is represented in the photographs.

A little bit about my work... I typically shoot Canon with a 50 mm f1.4 lens and like to do most of my work late at night. As a result you'll get a lot of long exposure images that take time, patience, persistence, and passion to create. Other than that, i'm also a fan of narrow cropping that closes in on the details... though I often do some wide angle photography.
