Artist Statement I've been painting for as long as I can remember. There was always a box of brushes and paint under my Granny's TV, and she always had plenty of paper and encouragement for me.

I've just recently decided to get really serious about it, and after winning 3rd place in a little local show co-sponsored by the National Arts Program. It's amazing what having someone other than your husband saying your art is good will do for you.
