Artist Statement Hello to All,
Early 1990 I picked up my first camera at a barn sale, It was a 35mm Vivitar.
Why? Intuition I suppose, Less than a year later, I was selling note cards, key chains, posters and magnets in Yosemite National Park, Great for the ego.
After about 2.5 to 3 years of driving to Yosemite ( the last year there I made 27 trips ) I was burned-out! So I took time off, Years.

Photography has always been a way for me to be in my own little world where time and troubles seem to be non-existent, Just observing all of God's beauty and power. At that time shooting with a film camera I would run to the photo lab to
see how or if my shots turned out, It was like Christmas! Every time, so exciting.

A Few years ago I purchased a Canon D60, It is AMAZING to see my results, on
the spot. I Love technology. Since then I started using photoshop cs3, It is great!
I Love COLOR.

Starting in April 2010 I started oil painting and drawing another outlet for my creativity. Evolving in my art journey. Take Care God Bless!
