Description The subject of this painting was actually bathed in sunlight, but I thought would look better on a dark background, so I reversed the image to produce the work. It is created in acrylic wash on canvas.

Artist Statement Horses have been an inspiration to me since I began drawing at the age of 5, yes...that's right, 5... Although I do draw and paint other subjects, they remain my favorite and I can't ever seem to get enough of them!
