Artist Statement I am a recent college graduate who loves being active and enjoying the outdoors. I was raised in rural farm country and I still love to wander where only the wildlife roams.

"Phos" is an ancient Greek word meaning "light." Light is what makes an image what it is, so with every photo I try to convey the interaction of light and texture that first caught my eye.

I am a bold personality, so much of my work reveals the beauty in harsh light and sharp contrasts .
