Artist Statement I’m Luca Pinello, born in Palermo on November 1st 1982. Since I was a child i was wildely curious so i decide to put side by side technical studies (Computer Science) and artistic ones (Music College). These two aspects of my soul have always been in contrast till I discovered the astonishing world of photography. That happened by chance, during the Christmas Holidays, when i found out the analogic reflex of my father, which was gelously preserved from his youth. Then I went on trying to grow this passion and that happened to be during a trip in 2007 in Usa, when i bought my first reflex (“borrowing” my dad’s lenses) and began studying the technique of photography.
