Artist Statement My love for painting and photography have pushed me to explore new venues for getting my art into the public eye. I am still fairly new to the 'art world' outside various friends and family purchasing my work.

I have been painting since I was in highschool (late 1990s-early 2000s), which took me to College to study Graphic Design. While there, I dabbled some more in black and white photography, after being exposed to it in highschool. This led me to garner a position as a portrait photographer after graduating college in 2005. The demands of being a photographer and manager of a studio took me away from my love of painting for several years until I changed professions in 2008.

I now work as an Administrative Assistant, while I continue to paint on weekends and any spare time I can carve out of my busy life.
