Description Niagara Falls is so amazing! I enjoyed depicting Horseshoe falls at sunset though the ornate railing. This image was painted in water-mixable oils on canvas. It will make a lovely print.

Artist Statement A few years ago :), I graduated in Fine Art from Mississippi State University, Go Dawgs! I started out in Graphic Design. After a year or two, my husband and I started a family and I've been home with the kiddos for several years. I did a few commissioned paintings of the Gettysburg monuments and battlefields while living in Maryland. We moved back to Virginia recently and I am enjoying time to make painting a priority for the first time in my life. My favorite medium is Artisan water-mixable oils. They have a thick consistency so I can control my stroke and they stay pliable for several days to blend and manipulate. Plus, cleaning up is a breeze. I paint from photographs from family trips, hikes and vacations. About myself...I love the Lord and laugh with my family a lot.
