Artist Statement I've been walking in this garden I call 'my world', and in it there's an unending abundance of beauty, and there's also beautiful music there. I have been drawing and painting all my life, and am a professional musician as well, with a passion for conservation and natural beauty. I was trained from a young age, in a family of professional artists and musicians, and my art works have won international botanical awards in print making and watercolor from major museums, and are in public and private collections. My many exhibitions often include cello recitals and performances, and I've received funding from the New York State Arts Council. My travels around the world as a musician, have given me the opportunity to visit natural gardens and landscapes which continue to inspire my artwork. I've had a passion for nature's beauty since early childhood, and I'd like to share this passion with you through these galleries, so put on some good walking shoes and have a stroll through my gardens.
