Artist Statement I started taking snaps when I was a child, having a Kodak instamatic when I was about 7. At university in 1978 I was bought my first SLR - an Olympus OM1 - completely manual and built like a Swiss watch. When I started work taking pictures was relegated to weekends and holidays as finding time became more difficult. Now having retired I can pursue my passion.
